From your first contact with our facility, one of our wedding professionals will be your dedicated contact during your planning process. Our professionals are here to assist you with all of your needs including the engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and post wedding brunch. Your Belvedere event coordinator will help you reserve your dates, plan your schedule of events, coordinate your menu, décor and all other details. We believe in serving the freshest ingredients the season has to offer.
Belvedere provides floor-length linen for all dining tables, as well as specialty tables. A diagram of the reception layout will be provided to you so table arrangements can be made. Custom linens can be arranged with your specific requested colors for an additional fee.
Our complimentary centerpiece consists of a beautiful cylinder vase with a floating candle, 3 votive candles and your choice of colored rose petals.
Seating from 200 to 300 guests offers floor length windows to a view of our outside terrace. The outside terrace is direct access from Suite I where guests are welcome to mingle outdoors with blooming trees, flowers and a flowing fountain. Guests have used the terrace as a cocktail area or ceremony area as well! Suite I also offer a staircase leading up to a bridal suite and a large custom bar for your guest’s libations.
Simple and subtle Suite 2 is seating from 100 to 180. Custom bar and bridal suite included as well. This space is for smaller events that would like a more intimate setting.
Seating from 200 to 300 guests offers a mosaic surround fireplace, second level private bridal suite with a staircase leading into the space. Brides & Grooms have loved to use the fireplace as a backdrop for ceremonies, as well. Suite IV can also be used alone for smaller parties on Friday evenings, Sunday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
Combining all suites into one large banquet hall gives you the Grand Ballroom. Seating from 600 to 1000 guests. A perfect setting for larger events that would like to either use the entire space for seating or for those that would like to break it up for cocktail hour and dining.
Belvedere Events & Banquets offers hotel accommodations just down the hall! Yes, we are connected to a hotel and are more than happy to give you their contact information so that they can asisst you with a hotel block for your guests.

As the big day draws near and on the day of the wedding, we are here to make sure your items are setup according to your requests. We would be happy to setup your personal items such as champagne flutes, cake cutter & server, guestbook, favors, table numbers and placecards.
